VAT receipts cannot be provided as there is NO VAT content in the costs of the Meeting.

Payment should be in GBP Sterling in advance. There is a deadline of Wednesday 23 December 2009 for receipt of the reduced rate meeting fee of £70. From 23 December 2009 to 8 January 2010, the fee will be increased to £80, and the fee for delegates paying on 9 January 2010 or later will be £90. The committee regrets the introduction of this policy, but has been forced to implement this procedure due to persistent late payment of meeting fees by some members. Delegates who are not existing members of UKSAF will be charged an additional one-off joining fee of £10, which should be added to the meeting fees specified above.
